The Benefits of Working With a Buyer's Agent*

Works Just For You: Think about it this way: If you were getting sued, would you hire the same lawyer as the person suing you? Of course not. You need someone who has fiduciary duties to fight for YOUR interests and rights.

Saves Time and Money:  In most cases, there is no additional cost to you, the Buyer, to have a Buyer’s Agent represent you, as the Buyer’s Agent receives their fee/commission from the Seller. (Exceptions can apply, ask me for details). And instead of spending hours searching online, your Agent can do your searching (if you so choose) on their time. They can also streamline seeing several properties at your convenience, rather than you contacting several listing agents and trying to coordinate seeing all those homes with all those Agents.

Open Houses are just the tip of the Iceberg If you are simply looking at weekend open houses, you are missing seeing the vast majority of listings. Your Buyer Agent can arrange to show you whichever house fits your needs and criteria.

Your Best Offer Your Buyer Agent can advise you on the how to make the best offer, what the property’s negotiating factors are and can help you get the best deal on your new home.

Networking Your Buyer Agent can also network with other agents for new upcoming listings, property prices being reduced, new developments in the neighbourhood, to help give you an inside scoop.
